African Dance workshop

Back by popular demand, this 1 part of a 4-session workshop series led  by Nii Tagoe (Ghana/UK) of Sankofa Singapore will reignite the positive  energy from our recent workshop series by exploring more movements from across the African continent, accompanied by a mix of infectious music and rhythms. Participants will be treated to a fun and engaging session whilst getting a workout, and also gain an insight to how music and dance forms such a big part of African peoples' lives. All are welcome - no experience is necessary, just a passion to experience an exciting culture! Come dressed in comfortable and stretchable gear, bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated and have a small towel handy!
